LEARNING OBJECTIVES By the end of this course, participants will be able to ○ Describe the relevance of clinical debriefing and the evidence behind its use ○ Align the TALK© ethos and values to improvement theory ○ Apply clinical debriefing to system improvement with a Safety II approach ○ Facilitate complex debriefing in clinical environments ○ Mentor and coach less experienced debriefers through the use of meta-debriefing
